debichem-visualisation software package provides DebiChem 3D Viewers and Calculation Output Visualization, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install debichem-visualisation
debichem-visualisation is installed in your system.
Make ensure the debichem-visualisation package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep debichem-visualisation *
You will get with debichem-visualisation package name, version, architecture and description in a table
